Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by parents, guardians, schools, and educational institutions booking programmes for children and teenagers. By booking our services, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of the child or institution.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Programme Bookings

Registration

When you book a programme, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to verify this information and refuse service if information appears inaccurate or incomplete.

Payment

Programme fees must be paid as specified at the time of booking. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, subject to availability.

Programme Participation

Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize learning outcomes. Missed sessions may be accommodated with catch-up materials where available, but we cannot guarantee make-up sessions.

Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Age Requirements

Programmes are designed for specific age groups. Participants must meet the age requirements for their selected programme.

Programme Materials
