What to Expect When You Contact Us
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during working days.
When you reach out, we'll discuss your child's age, current relationship with money, and which programme might be the best fit. There's no pressure—just a conversation about how we might help.
If you're a school administrator, we'll arrange a detailed discussion about how our School Partnership Programme can be tailored to your institution's needs and schedule.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do sessions take place online or in person?
We offer both options. Group programmes typically run in person at our Kensington location, but we can arrange online sessions for families outside London or with scheduling constraints. Private consultations are available in either format.
What if my child is shy or reluctant about attending?
Our sessions don't feel like traditional classes. We create comfortable environments where young people explore financial concepts through discussion and scenarios rather than being put on the spot. Many initially reluctant participants end up being the most engaged.
Can siblings attend together?
If they're within the same age bracket for a programme, absolutely. For siblings with larger age gaps, the Family Financial Literacy programme is designed to accommodate mixed ages learning together.
Is there homework or follow-up work?
Not in the traditional sense. We provide optional activities and conversation starters for families to continue discussions at home, but there's no required work between sessions.
What happens if we miss a session?
For multi-week programmes, we provide catch-up materials and a brief one-on-one recap before the next session so participants stay on track. We understand schedules change.
How do you handle different learning speeds?
Our small group sizes allow us to adapt pace as needed. We also provide additional resources for faster learners and extra support for those needing more time with concepts.
Ready to Start?
The easiest way to begin is by selecting and booking a programme directly through our main page. Alternatively, send us an email with any questions or to discuss which option might work best for your family.
